What it looks like to Apply

We’re ready to welcome someone into this work with intention and immediacy. Our goal is to begin collaboration when the time is right….so we’re always trying to find the right person at the right time. Maybe it’s you, right now or maybe it’s you, later. It also might not be you and that’s okay. We still value you, your time and expertise.

Our Parnter Process: Designed for Mutual Clarity & Alignment

We’ve structured our process to be clear, relational, and respectful of your time and talents:

  1. Complete the Application Form
    This is your first artifact in our shared journey. It helps us understand your experience and your resonance with our values.

  2. Application Review (Single Round)
    We’ll review all applications and get back to you in time. This ensures a consistent and equitable evaluation across the entire partner pool. This isn’t always timely. It’s a process going through each one (because it’s a human doing it) and figuring out if we should move to the next step or not.

  3. First Interview: Zoom Conversation
    If your experience and mindset align with our needs, you’ll be invited to a virtual conversation. This interview is about more than your resume, your case studies, your expertise—it’s about values alignment, curiosity, and mutual vibe. We want to work with people we like working with, the first call she help us learn if this might be possible.

  4. Final Interview: Team Dialogue
    If we’re all feeling momentum, we’ll invite you into a group dialogue with multiple members of our team. Think of this less as an interrogation and more as a mutual exploration of what working together might feel like in practice. What do you want to do verse what you can do. Do you need a check or do you want to do fulfilling work, or both. We’re not judging….we just want to understand.

  5. Onboarding Conversation
    If we’re ready to co-create, we’ll enter into a conversation about the specifics: scope of work, timeline, tools for collaboration, and onboarding support.

Consciously Designed, Stakeholder-Centered

This isn’t just a transaction, we will be producing things. Howeverm we’re aware this is also the beginning of a shared journey. We’re looking for more than a set of skills—we’re seeking people and orgs whose presence will help our ecosystem flourish.
